This pre-intermediate English course is aimed at students who would like to consolidate their higher elementary language skills and develop their English abilities beyond the level.

All four skills: reading, listening , speaking and writing will be practised with the possibility of extra online practice.

Grammar aspects for language enhancement will be focussed on, while much emphasis is placed on using the language.

The course includes many speaking activities on various topics and in various situations so as to gain greater confidence in language application.

We will cover the first two units (1-2) of the course book (Headway Pre-Intermediate 5th edition) this term.

Zur Kursleitung:

Atim Ani is an experienced English tutor with an M.A (Magister Artium) in English and American Literary and Cultural Studies (Anglistik & Amerikanistik). She is a certified native English language teacher (CELTA) and holds a teaching qualification in Higher Education (PGCert in Higher Education), applying a student-centred interactive teaching method onto her lessons.
