Inhalte

Are you part of a testing team that is in an agile development process? Are you interested in learning how to become a valued member of an agile team and help deliver ongoing business value? Do you want to understand how to overcome common cultural and logistical hurdles when transitioning to an agile development process?

Our three-day training course is aimed at software delivery teams who are transitioning to agile and want to figure out all the different types of testing they need to do and how to fit them into frequent delivery cycles. Through lecture, discussion and hands-on exercises and simulations, participants learn ways the whole team can collaborate to plan and execute testing activities and build quality into their product.
