Entdecken Sie die Welt des flüssigen Porzellans!
In diesem Kurs werden Sie von bereits bestehenden Positivformen eine Gipsform herstellen. Sie werden Ihr eigenes Modell präparieren, Gips anmischen, eine Gießform entwickeln. Im zweiten Teil werden die Formen mit einer Porzellangießmasse ausgegossen. Nach dem ersten Rohbrand fein bearbeitet. Sie werden verschiedene Möglichkeiten der Dekor- und Drucktechniken kennenlernen und ihre Porzellanobjekte bemalen und glasieren. Auch kann das Porzellan mit einer Aufglasur-Dekor-Brand Technik verfeinert werden.

Get started with your own porcelain production!
In this course we will face the techniques for mould making and slip casting. Beginning from a hand-built form or a pre-existing/found object, you will learn how to prepare models for moulding, how to make a 2or 3-piece mould, as well as getting a grasp on how to tackle more complex form for slip casting. On the second phase, we will slipcast and refine the pieces, fettling them. We will enter then into the decoration phase, giving you an understanding of the possible variety of decoration approaches.
Porcelain lends itself well to the overglaze techniques, in this class you can chose to learn how to finish your piece through the overglaze enamelling, through the enrichment of the third fire methods.
