In this foundation level seminar, you learn the most important requirements engineering terms, which is the basis for every software development. Recent studies show that 50% of all projects are delayed or fail due to incorrect and incomplete requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and determine requirements to ensure successful results.

In our CPRE course, we address the most important processes and methods, which will help you identify, collect, document, verify and manage requirements. We guide you through the verification and validation phase, in which gaps and inconsistencies become quickly obvious. The more planned, efficient and effective the requirements management, the better the results.

The content corresponds to the curriculum published by the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB®) for the training and certification program Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE). Furthermore, our trainers practice all the syllabus content with you and give you as many hands-on scenarios as possible to help you apply the previously learned requirements engineering methods, best practices and tools.
